Founder and ceo

Regina Prempeh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Believers Faith Hostels CIC. A highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in senior management and community advocacy, Regina has dedicated her career to creating ethical, high-standard support systems for vulnerable populations.

Before establishing the CIC, Regina spent 17 years in Senior Management at Post Office Limited, where she developed deep expertise in operational strategy, large-scale team leadership, and rigorous corporate governance. Her transition into the social sector saw her successfully lead complex supported accommodation projects for homeless individuals, where she became a fierce advocate for transparent governance and the rights of those in transitional housing.

Driven by a commitment to integrity and “person-first” support, Regina founded Believers Faith Hostels CIC to ensure that community services are delivered with the highest level of accountability. Under her leadership, the organization has secured major funding from Sport England and the National Lottery Community Fund, establishing itself as a vital partner in the Ealing health and wellness landscape.
