Regina Prempeh
Regina Prempeh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Believers Faith Hostels CIC. She is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in senior management and community advocacy.
Before establishing the CIC, Regina spent 17 years in Senior Management at Post Office Limited, where she developed strong expertise in operational strategy, leadership, and service delivery.
Regina has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable individuals facing homelessness, hardship, and social exclusion. Her vision is to create safe, structured, and empowering environments that enable individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
She leads the organisation with a strong focus on governance, transparency, and delivering real, measurable impact within the community.

Dr Charlotte Armah
Dr Charlotte Armah is a Director of Believers Faith Hostels CIC, providing professional expertise and strategic support to the organisation.
She is a senior manager at Armah Consultants, a medical writing company and one of the organisation’s supporting partners. This relationship strengthens the CIC’s professional network and contributes to its wider impact through collaboration.
Dr Armah supports governance, oversight, and the continued development of services, ensuring the organisation maintains high standards while delivering meaningful outcomes for vulnerable individuals.

Saroj Parmar
Saroj Parmar is a Director of Believers Faith Hostels CIC and a qualified Maths teacher with extensive experience supporting vulnerable children.
She has worked with Christian charities in India for many years, contributing to community development and supporting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Saroj brings a compassionate, structured, and practical approach to her role, helping to ensure that individuals receive the support, encouragement, and guidance needed to move forward positively.

Joel Faria
Joel Faria supports the organisation as a Volunteer, contributing to the delivery of community-based activities and wellbeing initiatives.
He has a strong interest in health, fitness, and supporting others, and plays an active role in encouraging participation, engagement, and confidence among those attending sessions.
Joel contributes to creating a welcoming and supportive environment, helping individuals feel comfortable, included, and motivated.
